2009 - 260th Anniversary of Edward Jenner's Birth
Events ran throughout 2009 to celebrate the birth of the Father of Immunology.
2010 - 30th Anniversary of the Eradication of Smallpox
Many events were held world wide to celebrate the eradication of smallpox. Below are a list of the events that took place at the museum in Berkeley.
10th May - 25th Anniversary of the opening of The Chantry as a museum dedicated to the life and work of Dr Edward Jenner
14th May - 214th Anniversary of the first vaccination on James Phipps.
17th May - 261st Anniversary of Dr Jenner's birth.
